Small mark on front left side. Discoloration at bottom of button panel. Skirt- Total length from waist to hem: 26 in Waist: 16 in Semi sheer. 3 marks on center back. Elastic is loose, looks like previous owner has overlapped the waist about half an inch and sewn it to tighten the waist again (see last photo).
