Total length from shoulder to hem: 19.5 in Shoulder to shoulder: 17 in Bust: 20 in Waist: 15 in Label: "Monarch New York" Four buttons down the front. Decorative pockets at each hip. Fair condition - holes and pulls throughout the garment. Especially at front left just above hem. Some rhinestones missing.
